Your path to the Business Advisor Certificate (BAC)

The workshop program currently consist of six certificate workshops, covering all the key skills to become a trusted advisor to clients and build lasting client relationships.

By completing any three of these workshops, you will earn the Business Advisor Certificate.

The program offers the opportunity to commitment to ongoing professional development during the year to keep your skills update to date and continuously learning with and from other advisors.

To maintain your certification you must complete a minimum of three modules per year.

The Outline for the 2-hour workshop

Duration and outline
Each of the six certificate workshops has a duration of 2-hours


Workshop content
The workshops are divided into 8 segments which include self-assessments, introduction and test of practical tools, and dialogue between advisors based on their personal experience.


Self-assessment
Participants will start and finish each workshop with a self-assessment to improve self-awareness and see progress.


Decision Sheets

Each workshop offers participants the opportunity to use Decision Sheets to decide on their own approach and discuss their choices with other participating advisors.


Visual Frameworks
Additional takeaway from each workshop is visual one-page Frameworks to use as guidelines and reminders when preparing for sessions with client companies

Choose between In-Person or Live Online Workshops

You can join the in-person workshops we have available or request us to host an in-person training for a group.

This option offers up to 3 workshops per day or the complete program with 6 workshops over 2 days.

You can join monthly workshops on Zoom that you can join at any time by signing up for one or more workshops.

For groups, we can schedule more frequent workshops to obtain the certification faster.
